NESH V5 Exercises

NeSH has introduced NeSH V5 exercise, which involves the movement of all the joints and muscles in the body.  It is a combination of a few different form of exercises; Tai chi, Wu-shu, dance and aerobic movements. There are 18 sets of movements all together. The movements not only a form of exercise, it also brings out the best of our well-being. NeSH has venues all over Peninsula Malaysia offering NeSH V5 exercise, which is free of charge.
